As IT Director, you will be the architect of our digital journey. You will hold overall responsibility for IT and master data within Orkla Snacks and act as a key driver for innovation, security, and efficiency across the business. • Lead and inspire a skilled IT team across geographies and disciplines, and nurture tomorrow’s digital talent. 
• Ensure robust cybersecurity and comprehensive IT solutions that support growth and innovation. 
• Optimize IT investments and deliver solutions that make us faster, smarter, and more cost-effective. 
• Build strong partnerships – both internally and externally – and act as a catalyst for collaboration and synergies. 
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and a digital culture throughout the organization. 

Who We Are Looking For 

You are a forward-looking leader who combines strategic insight with a genuine passion for people and technology. You are motivated by creating meaningful results – for the organization, employees, and our consumers. 

We envision that you have: 

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. – More than 10 years of leadership experience within IT, with proven results in strategic planning, digital transformation, and project management.
• A good understanding of the FMCG/Food & Beverage sector. 
• Broad experience in areas such as cybersecurity, business applications, data analytics/AI, data governance, and digital workplaces. 
• Strong communication skills, a natural ability to inspire engagement, and a drive for change. 
• Fluency in English 
• knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage.
