Join our team as our new Procurement & Sourcing Manager – strategic and operational leadership with direct impact!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector? We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Procurement & Sourcing Manager who will be the owner and driving force in our Strategic Sourcing and Project Procurement activities.

You will report to our COO, and you will be leading a small team of Project Procurement Managers. Office location at our company HQ at Fornebu. International travel is part of the role.

In this position your skills and insights will have a direct impact on our competitiveness and financial results. We therefore invite candidates that are ready to combine leadership with operational involvement in our most valuable supplier partnerships and projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary contact for commercial discussions with our suppliers, building strong partnerships that encourage collaboration and growth.
  • You will be a key resource in sourcing and qualifying new suppliers, in a global marketplace.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Global Sales, and Project teams to ensure smooth and precise execution across all functions and levels.
  • Your structured approach to compliance and business ethics will be crucial – as you manage everything from supplier evaluations to contract establishment.
  • You will be responsible for all procurement processes in the company.

Your background and skills:

To succeed in this position, you should have > 7 years’ experience from international Procurement/Sourcing management within the Oil & Gas, maritime or sustainable energy sectors, e.g from the offshore wind sector. We are also open for candidates from other high quality industrial sectors, e.g automotive, process industry, aviation industry, etc.

Proficiency and proven results from strategic and operational implementation of best procurement practices is essential, along with strong communication and excellent negotiation skills – in English and Norwegian.

Education at or above BSc level is required, preferably from commercial and/or technical disciplines.
